Start your day off with our legendary breakfast! Our extensive menu includes crispy waffles and brioche French toast, eggs any way you like, Mexican chilaquiles, seasonal fresh fruits, oatmeal, bacon, sausage, hash browns, bagels with cream cheese and imported smoked salmon, and much more! Plus we offer a daily special that is different every day, including American favorites like Eggs Benedict, Biscuits & Gravy, and breakfast steak, as well as Mexican breakfast favorites like Carne en su Jugo, Costillas en Salsa Verde,  Machaca and our Breakfast Burrito. 

Breakfast is included for guests at no charge. Breakfast is also open to the public and for visitors at a very attractive price.

A Puerto Vallarta institution! Locally known as “Jorge’s Bar” for longtime bartender Jorge Gonzalez, who makes a delicious and powerful margarita in your favorite flavors. He also serves up a selection of regionally produced artisan beers, house wines, and mouthwatering martinis.

The restaurant menu offers a wide range of options. Appetizers include fresh guacamole, fried calamari and shrimp, wings, and our delicious nachos (to name a few of the items!). In addition, you can order tacos, burgers, pizzas, burritos, fresh salads.

  • All items from our menus are available for in-room dining. Breakfast 8 am to 10 am Monday through Friday, 8 am to 12 pm on Saturday and Sunday. Lunch/dinner menu available immediately after breakfast and until 10:30 pm.

  • Hotel guests are invited to charge any food and drinks to your room account. We also accept all major credit cards, Mexican pesos and US dollars accepted.
